Stages differs to other frameworks as it focuses on feelings within the business.

There are different feelings that influence business decisions at each stage, e.g. a business in start-up usually describes the experience as exciting; whereas the owner of a business that is in the fast Growth stage is likely to describe the experience as being quite frustrating.
